Last updated April 1, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AHI OS, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using AHI OS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Authorized Use
AHI OS is intended for authorized business, operational, and administrative use. You may use AHI OS only if you have been granted access by AHI Group or by an organization with authority to provide that access.
Accounts and Security
- You must provide accurate information associated with your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must promptly notify AHI Group or your administrator if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- use AHI OS in violation of law, regulation, or another party's rights
- share credentials in an unauthorized manner or attempt to bypass access controls
- interfere with, disrupt, probe, scan, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to AHI OS or related systems
- upload malicious code, harmful content, or material you do not have the right to use
- use AHI OS to build a competing service or extract data in a manner not permitted by AHI Group
Operational Data and Content
You may submit, upload, or generate operational content through AHI OS, including property records, notes, schedules, documents, photos, messages, and workflow data. As between you and AHI Group, ownership of that content remains with the party that owns it under the applicable business relationship, employment relationship, or written agreement.
You grant AHI Group the rights reasonably necessary to host, store, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise process that content to operate, secure, and improve AHI OS.
Third-Party Services
AHI OS may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as cloud hosting, messaging, mapping, authentication, e-signature, storage, payroll, accounting, or other operational vendors. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their terms and privacy practices.
Mobile Messaging Terms
AHI Group may offer mobile messaging programs through AHI OS and AHI Field. Each message program is governed by its own call to action and consent flow.
For AHI Field verification texts, by entering a mobile number to receive a login or verification code, you agree to receive SMS verification and account-security texts from AHI Group at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help or contact info@ahigroup.org.
Consent for one SMS program does not apply to any other message category. If AHI OS later offers optional operational alerts, project notifications, or other messaging programs, those programs may require separate consent and may be managed separately.
Intellectual Property
AHI OS, including its software, design, workflows, branding, and related materials, is owned by AHI Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use AHI OS for its intended authorized purpose only.
Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about AHI OS, AHI Group may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Availability and Changes
AHI Group may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of AHI OS at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific feature permanence, or that every issue will be corrected immediately.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHI OS is provided "as is" and "as available." AHI Group disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that AHI OS will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHI Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from or related to AHI OS. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHI Group's total liability for claims arising out of or related to AHI OS will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid to AHI Group for access to AHI OS during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
AHI Group or the organization administering your access may suspend or terminate your access to AHI OS at any time, including if you violate these terms, lose authorized status, or create risk for the service or other users.
Relationship to Other Agreements
These terms apply unless a separate written agreement controls your use of AHI OS. If there is a conflict between these terms and a separate written agreement with AHI Group or the organization that authorized your access, the written agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date above.
