Scope
AHI OS is provided by AHI Group ("AHI Group," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy applies to AHI OS, AHI Field, and related web, mobile, messaging, support, and operational services that link to or reference this policy.
AHI OS is an operational business platform. If you access AHI OS through your employer, contractor organization, or another entity, that organization may administer your account, determine who has access to operational records, and direct how information in the service is used.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
AHI OS uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for essential session management, authentication, security, and product functionality. Some integrated services may also use similar technologies when their functionality is loaded inside AHI OS.
Location, Photos, and Field Workflow Data
When field or project-management features are enabled, AHI OS may collect device location, timestamps, visit events, and property-linked photos to validate site presence, track work, and preserve operational records. If a feature requires location or camera access, your device will typically prompt you to grant or deny permission.
Mobile Messaging Privacy
If you choose to receive text messages from AHI Group through AHI OS or AHI Field, we may use your mobile number to send one-time verification codes, account-security texts, and other message categories for which you separately opt in.
AHI Group maintains consent on a program-by-program basis. Consent to receive one message type, such as AHI Field verification codes, does not authorize unrelated message categories that require separate consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, transferred, rented, or sold to any third parties.
Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your Choices
- You may update certain profile details inside AHI OS or through your administrator.
- You may opt out of SMS messages when the message supports that option by replying STOP, and you may request help by replying HELP.
- You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion review where applicable by emailing info@ahigroup.org.
